Description:
The Cornell Bus Terminal project was originally tendered, awarded and in progress up to Sep1, 2020 at which time the project was 70 to 75% complete. The contract was taken away from the previous contractor and awarded to Buttcon to complete the work. The scope of the project involves the following:

- Mobilization and site condition assessment
- Site preparation and remedial work
- Coordination of subcontractor work
- Concrete bus driveway/bus loop, pedestrian plazas
- Paved passenger pick-up an drop off area
- Building cladding, curtain walls, soffits
- Outfitting the north and south bus terminal mechanical, electrical, communications equipment, and complete remaining finishing work (drywall, flooring, tiling and millwork)
- Landscaping
- Commissioning
