Description:
This project involved the construction of a 26,609 square foot facility, including new educational facilities and academic office space and library. This three storey steel frame building included masonry cladding and glazed/copper curtain walls above the first floor forming the atrium. Some of the unique features about this project were the 200 seat multi-tiered lecture hall design, with its sophisticated multi-media systems including recessed projection screens and lighting systems with multi-media conferencing in the boardrooms, as well as special reto-plate flooring finish used throughout the corridors.
