Description:
The Lawrence-Orton Child Care Facility is comprised of five daycare classrooms, administrative spaces, and a dedicated outdoor area for 54 children from infantry to 5 years old. The 6,997 SF Facility involves the partial renovation of the ground floor of an existing high-rise complex and a one storey addition that enhances the exterior of the building. The addition is located over the existing underground garage and is incorporating the previous structure for support of the new building. The outdoor play area was planned to create a gateway into the community's main courtyard.
