The new building will house the established Saturday Farmers’ Market and Sunday Antique Market on the ground floor, as well as Toronto Court Services courtrooms and administrative offices on the four upper floors and a 250-space underground parking garage, extending four levels below grade and operated by Toronto Parking Authority.

- Second storey pedestrian link to the adjacent historic St. Lawrence Hall Building

- Durable finishes and materials including architectural concrete floor toppings
- Architecturally appealing LED lighting systems
- Extensive audio visual, communication and IT systems to support court functions
- Extensive access control and perimeter security system to ensure both public and staff safety
- Underground municipal parking garage, 250 parking spaced designed to TPA Specifications
