Description:
This project involved the construction of a new health clinic to be located on the 3rd floor of the existing community complex at the Joseph and Wolf Lebovic Jewish Community Campus in the City of Vaughan. The project consisted of a 16,000 square foot renovation including new examination rooms, doctor’s offices, rehabilitation area, multi-purpose boardroom, collaborative work area, reception/waiting area, utility room and support services. Other aspects included code and accessibility upgrades, mechanical, electrical and life safety systems. All construction was completed while the remaining facility was under full operation.
