Description:
This 70,000 square foot 3-storey building includes two hidden underground garages of poured concrete and structural steel, with exterior cladding and Indiana stone, accented with architectural precast. The roof is Newfoundland slate with copper dormers. As a result of the success of this project, Buttcon Limited was subsequently awarded the contract for Magna’s Research and Development facility. This project was completed on time and within the approved budget.
