Description:
Buttcon is currently constructing a new 92 Unit Apartment Building located at 1316 Princess Street in Kingston Ontario. The new six storey building with a total square footage of 78,000 will offer much needed affordable housing within the city of Kingston. The building structure is comprised of structural steel and precast concrete hollow core slabs. The project site will also accommodate a future second Apartment Building for the same owners and Buttcon is looking forward to the potential of constructing the second building while completing the first. The project started in early summer of 2022 and is expected to be ready for tenant move in Summer 2024.
