Description:
With clean, traditional architecture, masonry and EIFS clad, this 3-story, 60 unit condominium was constructed with a steel structure, metal deck and poured concrete floors. This project also included an internal, landscaped, four seasons courtyard allowing for ground floor walkouts and overlooked by balconies on floors two and three. This project was completed on time and was within the owner’s budget.
