Description:
This project consisted of an existing three storey building, which was converted into a six storey mixed-use building. The lower three floors have retail, commercial, offices, and eating establishments and were operational during construction. A three storey condo was added above the existing building on floors 4,5 and 6 for a total of 19 suites. Buttcon maintained the operation of the building and the safety of the patrons that occupied the building during construction.
