Exciting news, Buttcon’s Rama Benson project has been featured in Orillia Matters local news! This groundbreaking project consists of a 44-unit, two-building apartment complex, offering a mix of single and two-bedroom units, including four fully accessible units. Chief Ted Williams has emphasized how significant this project is, as it will meet the urgent housing needs of the community.

As the chosen builders for this project, we are incredibly grateful to the Chippewas of Rama First Nation for the trust they have placed in Buttcon to build on their lands. Modular construction is proving to be an efficient and effective way to build where we can minimize disruption to the local community and accelerate the building process.

We are excited to be a part of this important project and look forward to the positive impact it will have on the community.
