This project involved the new construction of a four-storey country-inspired resort-style condominium complex on 3 acres of land and next to 20 acres of conservation lands and a pond. The complex has 138 units, 14,000 square feet of amenity spaces with a 7,000 square foot Fitness and Wellness Centre with a pool sauna and spa. The Wellness Centre included the construction of a saltwater aqua fit pool and a whirlpool with a dehumidification system. This facility is part of a 86 acre subdivision and was envisioned to be the gateway to the site, it was constructed in harmony with the rural character of the local community. The facility was designed elegantly with heritage brick, country rubble stone façade, and a cedar shingle roof. The exterior of the facility has native ornamental planting, a pergola, and a wall fountain feature. The building is equipped with a full sprinkler system, a panic button station throughout the facility, and two-way communication linked to a monitoring station. The ground floor of the facility contains a great room, lifestyle director station to keep residents up to date on activities and services, a 16 seat dining room, a fireside cafe, and a solarium with panoramic views of the surrounding nature. The lower level of the facility contains the fitness and wellness centre.
