Description:
Buttcon acquired the final 80% of this exciting project. The full project consisted of the construction of a 19,100 sq ft public library in area on two main levels with a basement. The main entrance from the west enters into a public area with a main stair in public area servicing library facility on first and second floor. A landscaped green roof is located on south portion of the second floor. This project also included a new parking lot adjacent to existing parking lot, as well as soft and hard landscaping. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
