Description:
This project involved the construction of two, six-story storey high student residence buildings, without a basement, comprising of 1, 2, and 4 bedroom suites, amenity areas, and retail shell space at grade. The Quad student housing community has 800 beds in two six-story buildings. The new buildings feature modern suite-style units with kitchens, and many of the private bedrooms have en-suite washrooms. The amenities in each building include lounges, outdoor courtyards, games rooms, and fitness facilities round out the Quad. The primary structure is reinforced concrete with exterior aluminum panel cladding. Building C1 is 48,392 SF with 362 beds, and Building C2 is 57,217 SF with 450 beds.
