This is a multi-phased project to construct a new facility that includes 177 Long Term Care (LTC) beds, an Adult Day Service (ADS) program that serves 100 clients and a community hub and underground parking. The development scope entails the construction of a new facility immediately adjacent to an operational LTC facility, subsequent abatement and demolition of the existing Peel Manor LTC and the phased redevelopment of an adjacent City park.
