YMCA Camp Chief Hector is a design-build project that includes the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of two new modular wash facilities. The project includes all core aspects of construction, and the modular structure is the key factor to the expedition of construction and contribution to the overall project's success. The completion of the project will provide a high quality of life for its staff and the YMCA’s young camp users as the final product is designed to be durable, low maintenance, safe, accessible, and modern.
