This new LEED Silver building will be home to the Degroote School of Business, Innis Library, a large lecture hall and various other user groups that support the vast array of student services across campus.  The scope of work includes the demolition of an existing 2-storey structure on the land and construct in its place the new 9 story, 160,000 square foot facility to be called the McLean Center for Collaborative Discovery.
