Description:
Buttcon has been awarded the pre-construction for three exciting projects in Parry Sound for Eco Development Group:
Church Street: 58,000sf CLT residential
McMurry Street: 28,000 sf CLT residential
Industrial Warehouse: 280,000 sf factory which will be done over two phases, Phase 1 is 90,000 sf, then phase 2 will follow for 190,000sf
Construction is to start in the late spring of 2022 for the factory and Church Street. Followed by McMurry and Phase 2 in late fall or early spring 2023.
